Never trained before? No problem at all!

Everyone who has ever trained Jiu Jitsu (yes, even World Champions!) one day walked into a Jiu Jitsu school for the first time, having never trained before. 


Lots of the Atomic students had no prior Jiu Jitsu experience before starting with us. 

You don’t need to be fit, strong, or flexible, or know anything in advance — just be willing to try.

The hardest part is starting. We’ve made it simple and self-executable so you can feel the room, meet the team, and train properly.

  3. You book your first class and train!
